Sekundärgas-Reinigungssystem bei Tata Steel erfolgreich in Betrieb genommen

Erfolgreiche Inbetriebnahme durch SMS Siemag AG

Für Tata Steel Ltd., Indien, hat SMS Siemag, ein Unternehmen der SMS group, ein sekundäres Gasreinigungssystem erfolgreich in Betrieb genommen.

Mit einer Absaugleistung von 1,6 Mio. Kubikmetern pro Stunde, erfasst die Anlage sämtliche diffuse Staubemissionen des BOFStahlwerks LD1 am Standort Jamshedpur im indischen Bundesstaat Jharkhand. Die effektive Reinigung der staubbeladenen Luft erfolgt in zwei leistungsfähigen Elektro-Trockenfiltern ESP (Electro-Static Precipitator). Mit dieser Lösung übertrifft Tata Steel die lokalen Umweltgesetzgebungen.

Das ebenfalls von SMS Siemag gelieferte Stahlwerk verfügt über zwei 150-t-Konverter, ein Primärgas-Reinigungssystem und eine Konvertergasrückgewinnungsanlage.

Am gleichen Standort errichtet SMS Siemag für Tata Steel zurzeit ein weiteres Blasstahlwerk (LD3) mit Primär- uiw Wxwdhqkeayx-Chigyhilk, Ppkqtchovjmc-Wlmugwxihpzca wmb OENa-Ntbakix.
