Die SMT Scharf AG (WKN: A3DRAE; ISIN: DE000A3DRAE2) gibt bekannt, dass der Aufsichtsrat Herrn Jun Liu heute mit sofortiger Wirkung zum weiteren Mitglied des Vorstands bestellt und zum neuen Vorstandsvorsitzenden (CEO) der SMT Scharf AG ernannt hat. Herr Liu wird den Vorstand der Gesellschaft neben den amtierenden Vorstandsmitgliedern Herrn Reinhard Reinartz und Herrn Volker Weiss weiter verstärken. Herr Reinartz, der vormalige Vorstandsvorsitzende, wird im Vorstand weiterhin die Rolle des Chief Operating Officer (COO) übernehmen. Herr Weiss wird wie bisher als Finanzvorstand (CFO) der Gesellschaft tätig sein.
