Auch in diesem Jahr präsentiert sich die Erlanger softgate gmbh auf der SPS/IPC/DRIVES in Nürnberg vom 27.-29. November 2018. Zu finden ist das Softwareunternehmen auf dem Stand der HEITEC, in Halle 6 Stand 330.

Vorgestellt wird die Softwareplattform SOMA die mit einem modularen Aufbau verschiedene industriespezifische Anwendungsfälle abdeckt. Vor allem der Einsatz in der Predictive Maintenance steht im Vordergrund. Betreiber von Maschinen haben so die Möglichkeit Ihre Anlagen dynamisch zu warten.

SOMA unterstützt neben der belastungsspezifischen Wartung von Industriemaschinen, die Planung von Stillstandszeiten und Ermittlung der Maschinenlebensdauer. Somit soll vor ungeplanten Ausfällen geschützt werden.
