Einfache Zuordnung von Messstelle und Messkanal - nun auch für Thermoelemente

Waren die automatische Erkennung von Aufnehmern und eine daraus abgeleitete Messgerätekonfiguration bislang komplexeren Sensoren vorbehalten (beispielsweise in Verbindung mit TEDS), bietet die neue Thermoelement-Identifikation von Softing nun ähnliche Möglichkeiten – unter Verwendung einer gewöhnlichen, zweiadrigen Thermoleitung.

THID gewährleistet eine durchgängig eineindeutige Identifikation der Messstelle, ausgehend vom Messstellenplan über die Montage und Verdrahtung der Thermoelemente, die Systemkonfiguration bis hin zur Messdatenauswertung. Hierfür wird jedem Thermoelement eine Nummer zugewiesen und persistent im Sensor gespeichert. Nach Beendigung der Verdrahtungsarbeiten können die Thermoelement-IDs auf Knopfdruck in die Systemkonfiguration eingelesen werden. In Verbindung mit Messstellenlisten wird somit erstmalig eine fehlerfreie Konfiguration von Thermoelement-Messungen sichergestellt.
