Energiespeicherung und Netzintegration sind zwei der zentralen Handlungsfelder für den weiteren Ausbau der solaren Stromversorgung. Denn der zunehmende Anteil von Solarstrom verändert das Stromnetz. Zu diesem Thema trifft sich das deutsche Forum des EU-Projektes PV GRID auf der Intersolar Europe 2013. Ziel von PV GRID ist es, regulatorische Hindernisse zu identifizieren, die einer besseren Einbindung großer Mengen Solarstrom in die europäischen Stromnetze im Wege stehen. Die Projektbeteiligten untersuchen darüber hinaus die technischen und rechtlichen Voraussetzungen, wie die Photovoltaik möglichst effizient in die nationalen Verteilnetze integriert werden kann.
