Die Rohstahlerzeugung in Deutschland ist im Mai gegenüber einem allerdings sehr hohen Vorjahresmonat um rund 1 Prozent auf 3,8 Millionen Tonnen gesunken. In den ersten fünf Monaten ist die Produktion moderat aufwärtsgerichtet (+ 2 Prozent).
