Abstatt, 15.02.2005: Für die Vertriebsteams ihrer SAP-Business-One-Partner veranstaltete die SAP Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG seit Oktober 2004 den Wettbewerb "Partner-Race". Die besten Partner prämierte SAP erstmals für das vierte Quartal 2004. Kriterien für das "Partner-Race" waren die Anzahl der gewonnen Neukunden und die generierten Umsätze.

Steeb wurde als erfolgreichster Partner für die betriebswirtschaftliche Standardsoftware für den kleinen Mittelstand ausgezeichnet. Günther Pache, in der Steeb-Geschäftsleitung für SAP Business One zuständig, äußert sich zufrieden: "Dieser Erfolg freut uns natürlich. Er spiegelt unsere erfolgreiche Arbeit seit der Markteinführung von SAP Business One wider."
