Stollmann ergänzt seine Bluetooth Modulfamilie um ein Bluetooth 4.0 Dual-Mode Modul

"BlueMod+SR" ist ein extrem kleines Embedded Dual-Mode Modul, das sowohl Classic-Bluetooth "Basic-Rate" (BR) und "Enhanced Data Rate" (EDR) als auch Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) unterstützt. Das Modul wird für Classic-Bluetooth Verbindungen mit dem Profil SPP mit voller Secure Simple Pairing Funktionalität ausgestattet sein. Für den Bluetooth Low Energy Betrieb ist eine generische GATT-Implementierung vorhanden.

Unterstützt wird außerdem das Terminal I/O Profil, das eine einfache Kabelersatzlösung (vergleichbar SPP) für transparenten UART Datenaustausch sowie GPIO Statusabfragen im Low Energy Mode ermöglicht.
