Die im Prime Standard der Deutschen Börse AG notierte SÜSS MicroTec AG (Geschäftsanschrift: Schleissheimer Strasse 90, 85748 Garching; ISIN: DE0007226706) teilt heute ihre Absicht mit, eine Kapitalerhöhung ohne Bezugsrecht aus genehmigtem Kapital durchzuführen. Der Vorstand der SÜSS MicroTec AG hat am 10.05.2010 mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats vom 10.05.2010 beschlossen, das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft von zurzeit 17.019.126,00 Euro, das eingeteilt ist in 17.019.126 auf den Inhaber lautende Stammaktien mit einem rechnerischen Nennwert von je 1,00 €, um einen Betrag von bis zu 1.701.912,00 Euro auf bis zu 18.721.038,00 Euro gegen Bareinlagen zu erhöhen.
