Darüber hinaus kann er schnell und einfach für die Anforderungen neuer Technologien wie UV-Nanoimprinting, Mikrolinsenlithografie, UV-Bonden und erweiterte Bond-Justage umgerüstet werden. Der neue MA/BA8 Gen3 von SÜSS MicroTec verbindet einzigartige Auflösung und Lichtgleichmäßigkeit mit hoher Justagepräzision bis hin zu 0,25 m und erreicht so die höchste derzeit verfügbare Genauigkeit.
