Die Ismart Global Limited, eine mit der Sumida Holding Germany GmbH verbundene Gesellschaft mit Sitz auf den British Virgin Islands, hat von der Sumida Holding Germany GmbH Optionsrechte erworben und diese Optionsrechte auf 1.299.248 neue, auf den Inhaber lautende Stamm-Stückaktien aus dem bedingten Kapital gemäß § 3 Abs. 6 der Satzung ausgeübt. Insgesamt wurden bisher seit 1. Oktober 2005 1.299.298 Optionsrechte auf den Bezug neuer, auf den Inhaber lautender Stamm-Stückaktien aus dem bedingten Kapital ausgeübt. Nach Ausgabe dieser Bezugsaktien beträgt das Grundkapital der VOGT electronic AG EUR 3.899.298,00, eingeteilt in 2.639.298 auf den Inhaber lautende Stammaktien und 1.260.000 auf den Uaqhtym opnsmqgm Bjvjaqirgpmyh.
