This way, collecting information about specific requirements and buying intentions is done during the customer visit, with minimal effort.
Because the survey questions are crafted centrally, sales management receives the same information from the 40+ different sales reps in a consistent format, in real-time. This enables better analysis and the ability to react to specific situations within hours instead of days.
