Fastweb verkauft ihre FiberCop-Anteile

Swisscom gibt bekannt, dass ihre italienische Tochtergesellschaft Fastweb S.p.A. («Fastweb») einen Aktienkaufvertrag für den Verkauf ihrer 4,5% FiberCop-Anteile an Optics Bidco S.p.A. («Optics»), eine Tochtergesellschaft von KKR, unterzeichnet hat. KKR erwirbt damit alle von Fastweb gehaltenen FiberCop-Anteile für einen Betrag von EUR 438,7 Mio. Dieser Wert entspricht dem anteiligen Preis, den KKR für seine Anteile an TIM gezahlt hat. Der Vollzug der Transaktion wird im dritten Quartal 2024 erwartet, er erfolgt unter Vorbehalt des Abschlusses der NetCo-Transaktion durch KKR.
