Swisscom Systems entwickelt für die Finanzdienstleisterin der Schweizerischen Post den Service Postphone, eine Sprachanwendung der neusten Generation. Es werden monatlich bis zu 200'000 Anrufe erwartet. Ab Juni 2005 gehört für die Kunden von PostFinance das umständliche Drücken von Tasten der Vergangenheit an. Mit Hilfe der eigenen Stimme fragen sie Konten- und Finanzinformationen sicher, schnell und bequem ab.
