Swisslog kauft norwegisches Ingenieurunternehmen Collett AS

Swisslog hat eine Vereinbarung zur Übernahme von Collett AS, ein auf Rohrpostsysteme spezialisiertes Ingenieurunternehmen mit Sitz in Oslo, unterzeichnet

Collett war bisher Partner der Division Healthcare Solutions von Swisslog für die Planung, Installation und den Customer Support von Rohrpostsystemen in Norwegen. "Wir sind erfreut, das hervorragende Team von Collett in unserer Gruppe zu wissen. Damit gewinnen wir einen direkten Zugang zu Kunden im interessanten norwegischen Markt für innerbetriebliche Logistiklösungen", sagt Charlie Kegley, Leiter der Division Healthcare Solutions von Swisslog.

"Diese Übernahme ist Bestandteil unserer Initiative im Bereich Healthcare Solutions, unsere Präsenz in zukunftsträchtigen europäischen Märkten durch gezielte Abrundungsakquisition zu verstärken."

Im Geschäftsjahr 2006 generierte Collett AS einen Umsatz von MCHF 6.2. Die Akquisition erfolgt vorbehältlich der Zustimmung durch die vcznvimsthw Dpxkknyackoeiszxec.
