Gestützt auf Art. 20 Abs. 1 des Börsengesetzes (BEHG) hat die Swisslog Holding AG, Buchs, von der F&C Asset Management plc, 80 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 3BU, Scotland, UK, am 28.10.2008 die Meldung erhalten, dass die F&C Asset Management plc. durch den Kauf von Namenaktien den Schwellenwert von 5% der Stimmrechte an der Swisslog Holding AG überschritten hat und per 24.10.2008 folgende Beteiligung hält:

Die F&C Asset Management plc. hält als Vermögensverwalterin für verschiedene Kunden indirekt 12 921 430 Namenaktien (CH12324627) bzw. 5.14% der Stimmrechte an der Gesellschaft. Davon entfallen 10 805 584 Namenaktien bzw. 4.30% der Stimmrechte auf die Rezlhnn & Zjxxaait Qxlspmpij xia, Yzzzkkca Chhlu, Nftbaiae Jneavv, Lgxwvt RH3Q 4QY, PY, agd pjhktkmdbnzyhf Ibhezwmpeoc.
