Swisslog-Aktionäre folgen allen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrates

Die Aktionäre der Swisslog Holding AG sind an der heutigen ordentlichen 26. Generalversammlung in Buchs/Aarau allen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrates mit grosser Mehrheit gefolgt. Hans Ziegler und Manfred Schuster wurden als Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrates wiedergewählt.

Hans Ziegler (Präsident) und Manfred Schuster, beide seit 2004 Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrates der Swisslog Holding AG, wurden erneut für eine Amtszeit von 3 Jahren gewählt. Die Aktionäre stimmten zugunsten einer Dividendenausschüttung (aus Kapitaleinlagereserven) von CHF 0.03 pro Aktie für das Geschäftsjahr 2010. Dies entspricht einer Ausschüttungsquote des Unternehmensergebnisses von 55%.
