Der Verwaltungsrat der Swisslog Holding AG schlägt der Generalversammlung von heute vor, das Aktienkapital um 71 793 424 neue Swisslog-Aktien zu erhöhen. Das Bezugsverhältnis soll 2 neue für 5 bisherige Aktien betragen. Der Bezugspreis pro neue Aktie beträgt CHF 1.02, was einem Brutto-Emissionserlös von rund MCHF 73.2 entspricht. Die Bezugsrechte der bisherigen Aktionäre bleiben gewahrt. Sie werden vom 18. bis 23. Mai 2006 an der SWX Swiss Exchange handelbar sein und können vom 18. bis 24. Mai 2006, 12.00 Uhr (MESZ), ausgeübt werden. Die beantragte ordentliche Kapitalerhöhung, unter Wahrung der Bezugsrechte, ist unter den üblichen Bedingungen durch Lombard Odier Darier Gturvwl & Yqa viqj mmlyovzfgx ngfrvk.
