Teledyne DALSA, ein Unternehmen von Teledyne Technologies [NYSE:TDY], gibt bekannt, dass die TDI-Kamera Linea™ HS 16k mit Backside Illumination (BSI) jetzt in Produktion ist. Mit ihrer CLHS-Schnittstelle bietet diese Kamera eine erhöhte Empfindlichkeit und ist ideal für Anwendungen zur Bildaufnahme im Nah-Ultraviolett- (NUV) und im sichtbaren Wellenlängenbereich wie die Inspektion von Wafern, Flachbildschirmen und elektronischen Verpackungen sowie für Bildaufnahmen in den Bereichen Photolumineszenz und Biowissenschaften.

Die neue Linea HS 16k BSI verwendet den CMOS TDI 16k-Sensor von Teledyne DALSA mit einer Pixelgröße von 5 x 5 μm und liefert eine maximale Zeilenrate von 400 kHz.
