TAKKT AG kündigt Generationswechsel und Veränderungen im Vorstand an

Felix Zimmermann, Vorstandsvorsitzender (CEO) der TAKKT AG („Takkt"), hat heute den Aufsichtsrat des Unternehmens darüber informiert, dass er seinen bis zum 30.04.2023 laufenden Vertrag nicht verlängern wird. Der Aufsichtsrat der Takkt wird gemeinsam mit Felix Zimmermann an einer Nachfolgeregelung arbeiten. Dies schließt eine Anpassung der Vorstandsstruktur mit ein, um die Transformation zu beschleunigen. Angestrebt wird eine Nachfolgefolgelösung im Laufe des Jahres 2021. Bis dahin wird Zimmermann unverändert Vorstandsvorsitzender der Takkt bleiben.

Heiko Hegwein, Mitglied im Vorstand der Takkt, hat sich aus persönlichen Gründen und in gegenseitigem Einvernehmen entschieden, das Unternehmen zum 30.09.2020 zu verlassen.
