SAMDIP-7S – ab sofort in drei verschiedenen Varianten erhältlich

Das für den Embedded Bereich entwickelte Mikroprozessorboard SAMDIP-7S von taskit ist nun in drei verschiedenen Varianten erhältlich. In der Standardversion (SAMDIP-7S64) ist der SAMDIP-7S mit 16 KByte SRAM sowie 64 KByte Flash ausgestattet. Sollte das Speichervolumen nicht ausreichen, bietet der SAMDIP-7S256 mit 64 KByte SRAM, 256 KByte Flash und EEPROM weitere Speicherkapazitäten. Abhängig vom Speicherbedarf können Anwendungen entweder direkt aus dem Flash oder – für die Verbesserung der Ausführungsgeschwindigkeit – im SRAM ausgeführt werden.

Wird der SAMDIP-7S für Entwicklungszwecke eingesetzt eignet sich der SAMDIP-7S256 mit einer Debug-Schnittstelle. In dieser dritten Version ist neben 64 KByte SRAM und 256 KByte Flash
