Schmücker&Partner und Team4 riefen und mehr als 40 Interessenten kamen! Geboten wurde ein wohl einmalig kompakter Abriss über CRM Customer Relationship Management). Denn in einem Nachmittag folgten auf einen Übersichtsvortrag Demonstrationen von CRM auf Basis von SAP, Siebel, Microsoft und IBM Lotus (Team4 CRM).

In Zeiten des Sparens müssen auch Informationsveranstaltungen mehr „return on investment" bringen. In dieser Erkenntnis kreierten Schmücker&Partner und Team4 die Veranstaltung „CRM Kompakt an einem Nachmittag". Der erhebliche Zuspruch trotz der beginnenden Ferienzeit bestätigt den Ansatz.
