Entwickler in Multimedia-Agenturen, IT-Fachleute und Datenbankentwickler benötigen heute ein einfaches Werkzeug zur Datenverwaltung. Der dreimonatige, tutoriell betreute tele-Kurs Datenmanagement mit XML richtet sich an alle, die sich einen Überblick zu XML und die medienneutrale Datenhaltung verschaffen möchten. Der tele-Kurs bietet einen Überblick zu XML, den darauf basierenden Standards und eine Einführung in das Problemfeld der medienneutralen Datenhaltung. Im Kursverlauf werden diese Grundlagen anhand praktischer Beispiele und Übungen angewendet. Themen sind u.a. Strukturierung von Inhalten mit XML und Transformation von XML-Daten. Die Studienmaterialien stammen aus der Feder von XML-Autor Manfred Knobloch ("Web-Design mit XML").
