Temex bringt den neuen RF-Oszillator SR W150 mit sehr schwachem Phasenrauschen auf den Markt

Das schwächere Phasenrauschen des neu entwickelten Oszillators liegt bei 10 kHz des Trägersignals (- 165 dBc/Hz), das Hintergrundrauschen bei -175 dBc/Hz. Das System hat eine Frequenz von 500 MHz, wobei Frequenzen zwischen 300 und 600 MHz möglich sind. Die Frequenz wird durch eine Temperaturregelung und eine äußere Steuerspannung stabilisiert. Das Gehäuse hat die Maße 51,5 x 51,5 x 20,5 Millimeter. Die Neuentwicklung des französischen Unternehmens richtet sich an Hersteller von technischen Instrumenten und Radarsystemen.
