Endspurt für "Bestes Eis-Schreiben"

Der Countdown läuft. Noch bis zum 6. September 2004 können interessierte Unternehmen mit einem oder mehreren "Eis-Schreiben" am Wettbewerb teilnehmen. Die Preisverleihung findet am 23.9.2004 auf der Messe "Zukunft Personal 2004" in Köln statt. Die von refline und Terra Personalmarketing initiierte Ausschreibung knüpft an den erfolgreichen Wettbewerb von 2001 an. Damals wurde das beste Absageschreiben unter mehr als 100 Einsendungen prämiert. Das Absageschreiben des Siegers IKEA sowie 50 weitere ausgewählte Absagebriefe wurden anschließend in einem Buch veröffentlicht.

Eis-Schreiben richten sich an qualifizierte Bewerber, denen ein Unternehmen momentan keine Stelle anbieten kann. Es wird damit signalisiert, dass prinzipiell zu einem
