Testa Analytical Solutions e.K. kündigt eine umfassende neue Anwendungsstudie an, die erklärt, warum die Durchführung von DLS-Messungen (Dynamic Light Scattering) in konzentrierten Lösungen schwierig ist.

Die Dynamische Lichtstreuung ist eine weit verbreitete und effektive Technik zur Messung der hydrodynamischen Größe gängiger Materialien wie Kolloide, Nanopartikel, Proteine und Polymere.

Trotz der Vielseitigkeit dieser Technik werden in der Studie zwei wesentliche Faktoren diskutiert, die die Fähigkeit zur Messung der Partikelgröße bei hohen Konzentrationen beeinflussen: Mehrfachstreuung und Wechselwirkungen zwischen den Partikeln.
