Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) (NYSE: TXN) stellte heute zwei neue, extrem rauscharme Präzisions-Operationsverstärker vor, die darüber hinaus einen geringeren Stromverbrauch, kleinere Gehäuse und größere Bandbreite als vergleichbare 36 V-Verstärker der Konkurrenz bieten. Die Operationsverstärker OPA211 und OPA827 bieten höchste Präzision in Anwendungen der Mess- und Prüftechnik, der Medizintechnik, der Bildverarbeitung, in Audiogeräten sowie in der industriellen Prozesssteuerung. Bei der Entwicklung der Verstärker wurde erstmals der innovative komplementär-bipolare 36 V- Silizium-Germanium (SiGe)-Halbleiterprozess von Texas Instruments eingesetzt: BiCom3HV (siehe www.ti.com/sc06209).
