Die THQ Entertainment GmbH, deutsche Niederlassung von THQ Inc. (NASDAQ: THQI), kündigt heute die Entwicklung von Beat City(TM) exklusiv für Nintendo DS(TM) an. Beat City erscheint im Frühjahr 2010. Der Titel bietet den Spielern 20 Minispiele und verknüpft Rhythmusbasiertes Gameplay mit einer Geschichte über Revolution und Liebe.

In Beat City müssen die Spieler ihren eigenen Rhythmus finden, um wieder Leben nach Beat City zu bringen. Die Spieler klopfen und streichen mit dem Stylus zum Beat der Musik und versuchen so, eine möglichst hohe Bewertung zu ergattern.
