VSH82MV, die Kombination aus Pirani und Heißkathode, misst Absolutdruck von 1000 bis 1x 10-9 mbar und wird unter anderem in Beschichtungsanlagen, Vakuumöfen oder in der Analysentechnik verwendet.

Durch den erweiterten Messbereich des patentierten Pulspiranis kann die Heißkathode bei einem niedrigeren Druck betrieben werden, was die Lebensdauer des Filaments erhöht.

Der Messumformer überzeugt durch einen äußerst niedrigen Stromverbrauch und hohe Genauigkeit.

Messwerte werden als Analogsignal 0 - 10 V und digital über eine RS485-Schnittstelle ausgegeben, so dass die Messröhre einfach in vorhandene Anlagensteuerungen einzubinden ist.
