Toshiba bringt superschnelle Enterprise Endurance SSDs für Server- und Storage-Systeme auf den Markt

Toshiba Electronics Europe (TEE) erweitert sein Angebot an Enterprise Solid State Drives (eSSDs). Neu im Portfolio sind die Enterprise Endurance SSDs der PX02SSx-Serie, die für den Einsatz in unternehmenskritischen Server- und Storage-Systemen konzipiert sind.

Die neuen Enterprise-SSDs (eSSD) der PX02SSx-Serie basieren auf der fortschrittlichen 24-nm-eMLC (Enterprise Multi-Level Cell)-NAND-Technologie. Verfügbar sind die Modelle PX02SSF010 mit 100 GB, PX02SSF020 mit 200 GB, PX02SSF040 mit 400 GB und PX02SSB080 mit 800 GB (1). Die eSSDs bieten eine sehr hohe IOPS-Leistung mit 130.000 IOPS bei Lese- und 42.000 IOPS bei Schreibvorgängen.
