Transmode auf der CeBIT 2009 - Halle 12 / Stand B66

Der schwedische Hersteller optischer Netzwerklösungen, Transmode, ist auch dieses Jahr wieder auf der CeBIT vertreten. In Halle 12 zeigt das Unternehmen seine CWDM- und DWDM-Plattformen, die den kosteneffizienten und flexiblen Auf- und Ausbau von Glasfasernetzen für den Transport von Daten, Sprache und Video ermöglichen. Erstmals wird dabei die kürzlich angekündigte ROADM-Lösung (Reconfigurable Optical Add Drop Multiplexer) für dynamische optische Netze gezeigt. Ebenfalls neu ist ein Layer-2-Muxponder, mit dem Netzbetreiber Layer-1- und Layer-2-Funktionen innerhalb der Transport Domain kombinieren können.
