Der Vorstand der am Entry Standard der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse notierten TRIPLAN AG (ISIN DE 0007499303) mit Sitz in Bad Soden wurde heute von der CROSS Informatik GmbH informiert, dass die CROSS Informatik GmbH ein freiwilliges Erwerbsangebot an die Aktionäre der TRIPLAN AG stellen wird. Laut Mitteilung der CROSS Informatik GmbH wird der Angebotspreis des Erwerbsangebots 1,70 EUR je Aktie betragen. Die Annahmefrist beginnt am 31. Juli 2013 und endet am 6. September 2013.
