Neue WAYON High Speed CAN-BUS Transceiver WJ1040 und WJ1050

WAYON Electronics Co. Ltd., Vertriebspartner der TRS-STAR GmbH und Hersteller von Leistungshalbleitern, Schutzelementen und ICs kündigt die Verfügbarkeit der zwei neuen High-Speed CAN Transceiver-ICs WJ1040 und WJ1050 an. Die leistungsstarken Interface-ICs sind vollständig ISO 11898 Standard kompatibel und können Datenraten von bis zu 1Mbps senden und empfangen. Die DC-Busleitungen haben einen Eingangsspannungsbereich von -27V bis +40V und sind nach HBM-Test bis ±6kV gegen elektrostatische Entladungen geschützt. Die Transceiver haben eine sehr geringe Leistungsaufnahme und eine hohe EMV-Immunität, sind kurzschlussfest und gegen thermische Überlastung geschützt.
