DFG fördert Forschungsprojekt am Lehrstuhl Stadt-, Regional- und Umweltökonomie

Die Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) hat Prof. Dr. Martin Junkernheinrich und der Technischen Universität Kaiserslautern den gemeinsam mit den Professoren Jörg Bogumil (Ruhr-Universität Bochum), Lars Holtkamp (FernUniversität Hagen) sowie Uwe Wagschal (Universität Freiburg) gestellten Forschungsantrag zum Thema "Ursachen kommunaler Haushaltsdefizite" bewilligt.

Im Rahmen des Gemeinschaftsprojektes soll der Einfluss von sozioökonomischen Rahmenbedingungen sowie institutionellen und akteursbezogenen Faktoren auf kommunale Haushaltsdefizite erstmals theoriegeleitet multivariat im Ländervergleich untersucht werden. Zu diesem Zweck gewährt die DFG Sachbeihilfe für 24 Monate. Am Lehrstuhl von Professor Junkernheinrich wird sich insbesondere Florian Boettcher in die Forschungsarbeit einbringen, der zu den Ursachen kommunaler Verschuldung arbeitet und ein anerkannter Ldkfrbg lpk rxiari Jbmiwg qpp.
