TÜV NORD erwirbt Mehrheit an spanischem Strahlenschutz- Dienstleister ACPRO

Stärkung der internationalen Präsenz im Bereich Medizintechnik

In einer älter werdenden Gesellschaft steigt der Bedarf an Produkten der Medizintechnik, wie zum Beispiel Geräte der Bildgebenden Diagnostik und der Strahlentherapie. TÜV NORD setzt auf diesen Wachstumsmarkt und erwirbt 60 Prozent an dem spanischen Familienunternehmen ACPRO (Asesoría y Control en Protección Radiológica). Die in Barcelona ansässige Firma prüft Röntgengeräte und nuklearmedizinische Anlagen und bildet Fachpersonal für Strahlenschutz aus.

"Mit dem Erwerb von Anteilen an ACPRO stärken wir die Präsenz von TÜV NORD in Spanien insgesamt und erhalten Zugang zu einem Markt im Medizinbereich mit einem hohen Potenzial für sich ergänzende Produkte und Dienstleistungen", sagt Dirk Stenkamp, Vorstandsmitglied der TÜV SLRS CISZX.
