MTR®-eine neue Anlage für OCTAL

Petrochemicals und Uhde Inventa-Fischer haben vor Kurzem einen Vertrag über die Lieferung einer PET-Anlage mit 2 Produktionslinien unterzeichnet. Die Anlage mit einer Jahreskapazität von 550.000 t wird PET für Verpackungsanwendungen produzieren. Eingesetzt wird die hochmoderne Meltto-Resin MTR® Technologie, die auf patentierten Entwicklungen von Uhde Inventa-Fischer basiert.

Diese Erweiterung von OCTALs Produktionskapazitäten wird neben der bestehenden Anlage in Salalah im Oman errichtet. Mit der neuen Anlage wird OCTAL der weltgrößte Hersteller von PET für Verpackungen an einem Standort. Die erste Anlage verwendet ebenfalls Uhde Inventa-Fischers Melt-To-Resin MTR® Technologie und produziert APET-Folien und Granulat in Verpackungsqualität.
