Wissenschaftlerinnen aus Rostock und München weltweit führend bei der energetischen Futterbewertung für Pferde

In seiner jüngsten Ausgabe einer Monographie zum Nährstoffbedarf für Pferde hat das US-amerikanische "National Research Council" die gemeinsam von Frau Professor Annette Zeyner (Agrar- und Umweltwissenschaftliche Fakultät, Universität Rostock) und Frau Professor Ellen Kienzle (Tierärztliche Fakultät, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München) entwickelte und im renommierten "Journal of Nutrition" veröffentlichte Gleichung zur Schätzung des Gehaltes an verdaulicher Energie in Einzel- und Mischfuttermitteln sowie Rationen für Pferde über Weender Rohnährstoffe als die zur Zeit weltweit beste Schätzgleichung dieser Art gewürdigt. Die beiden Professorinnen arbeiten derzeit intensiv an einer weiterführenden Gleichung, welche zusätzlich energetische Verluste über die Methanproduktion im Verdauungsraum sowie den Austrag stickstoffhaltiger Verbindungen mit ymh Jfll yco Gzgwq zdiesktglvuzjv.
