Optimiertes Pumpendesign schafft Nachhaltigkeit

Ein IFAT Exponat zeigt auf, wie man durch technologische Fortschritte zu einer energieeffizienten und umweltfreundlicheren Technologie gelangt. Im konkreten Falle führt die Weiterentwicklung des Statorsystems bei Exzenterschneckenpumpen gleich zu mehreren positiven Effekten: Durch die konstruktive Trennung von Elastomer und Stahlrohr wird der Austausch des Elastomerteils bei Verschleiß einfacher, was zu geringeren Wartungskosten führt. Da Elastomer und Stahlrohr nicht mehr verbunden werden, entfallen Umwelt belastende Chemikalien im Fertigungsprozess. Außerdem ist eine sortenreine Entsorgung möglich. Das am VDMA-Stand ausgestellte Modell ist ein Erfolgsbeispiel im Rahmen der Blue Competence Initiative, zur Verfügung gestellt vom VDMA-Mitgliedsunternehmen Netzsch Pumpen und Systeme GmbH aus Waldkraiburg.
