TV-Veranstalter begrüßen überarbeitete Gewinnspielregeln

Die TV-Veranstalter im Verband Privater Rundfunk und Telemedien e. V. (VPRT) begrüßen die heute von der DLM verabschiedete Überarbeitung der TV-GewinnSpielRegeln. "Unter Mitwirkung der betroffenen Fernsehunternehmen ist nun ein Regelungsinstrument zustande gekommen, das weitergehende Konkretisierungen vor allem in puncto Transparenz für den Zuschauer und zum Schutz von Minderjährigen enthält und gleichzeitig Rechtssicherheit für die Unternehmen schafft", so VPRT-Präsident Jürgen Doetz. Die VPRT-Unternehmen hatten den Landesmedienanstalten im Vorfeld ergänzend zu den bestehenden GewinnSpielRegeln einen Maßnahmenkatalog für Call-In-TV-Sendungen vorgelegt. Dieser wurde nunmehr in die Gewinnspielregeln integriert. Die überarbeiteten und ergänzten Gewinnspielregeln seien nun in den Call-In-TV-Sendungen umzusetzen, so Doetz weiter.
