Verifysoft bitcov-add-on für Testwell CTC++ ermöglicht Code Coverage in kleinsten embedded Targets und Microcontrollern

Verifysoft Technology, Spezialist für Softwaretesttools, gibt die Verfügbarkeit des bitcov add-ons für das Code Coverage Tool Testwell CTC++ bekannt. Das Add-on erlaubt die Messung der Testabdeckung in kleinsten embedded Targets und Microcontrollern.

Wegen ungenügendem RAM-Speicher (typischerweise in allen Targets ohne Dateisystem) war die Analyse der Code Coverage bisher oft nicht möglich. Im Vergleich zu konventionellen Testabdeckungstools benötigt Testwell CTC++/bitcov-addon in der Regel nur etwa 5% des bisher erforderlichen RAM-Speicherplatzes.

Wie beim Basisprodukt Testwell CTC++ werden mit dem bitcov add-on alle Test-Coverage-Stufen bis MC/DC-Coverage und Modified Condition Coverage abgedeckt.

Das Werkzeug kann damit bei der Entwicklung von sicherheitskritischer Software beispielsweise in fzb Ashpfecml oumq Hncasylyxakbja qyskwrekde narsmw.
