Qualitätsmanagement – was bedeutet das konkret für den ÖPNV in Berlin und Brandenburg? Wie zufrieden sind die Kunden, sind die Züge pünktlich und wie ist es um den Zustand des Schienennetzes bestellt? Wo gibt es Handlungsbedarf?
