Neuer VGB/BAW-Standard zum Korrosionsschutz von Offshore-Windenergie erschienen

Die europa- und weltweit wachsende Anzahl von Windenergieanlagen stellt die Betreiber vor neue Herausforderungen. Um die Installations- und Betriebskosten senken und die Betriebssicherheit erhöhen zu können, ist eine koordinierte und gemeinsame Analyse der betrieblichen Erfahrungen zwingend erforderlich. Neben dem Informations- und Erfahrungsaustausch ist es das wesentliche Ziel der beteiligten Unternehmen, die Standardisierung (Best Practice) voranzutreiben. Zu diesem Zweck haben VGB PowerTech e.V. und die Bundesanstalt für Wasserbau (BAW) entschieden, gemeinsam einen VGB/BWA-Standard zum Korrosionsschutz von Offshore-Windenergieanlagen und Windparkkomponenten zu erstellen. Ziel ist es, aufgrund von hohen Investitionskosten in Offshore-Windenergieanlagen, durch Korrosionsschutzsysteme, wie z. B. Beschichtungssysteme, die Stahlkonstruktionen der Offshore-Anlagen mindestens
