Die Berliner Agentur VIAFON GmbH hat das „ABCC- Qualitätssiegel“ durch TÜV NORD verliehen bekommen und positioniert sich somit klar als Qualitätsdienstleister für den professionellen Kundendialog.

Die Qualitäts-Prüfung durch den neutralen Zertifizierer TÜV NORD CERT & Co. KG GmbH hat die Berliner Agentur VIAFON mit „Bravour“ bestanden und ist somit Inhaber des „ABCC- Qualitätssiegels“. Das Siegel orientiert sich an den Managementanforderungen der ISO 9001. Es verpflichtet Unternehmen bestimmte Regeln und Bedingungen in den Bereichen Personal, Technik, Qualität, Organisations- und Kundenstruktur sowie Daten- und Kundenschutz einzuhalten und regelmäßig überprüfen zu lassen.
