Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) präsentiert sechs neue EMI-Filter mit vier, sechs bzw. acht Kanälen im ultra-kompakten, oberflächenmontierbaren LLPXX13-Gehäuse.

Die neue Filterserie VEMI ist durch ihre sehr geringe Bauhöhe von nur 0,6 mm eine platzsparende Lösung für den ESD-Schutz tragbarer elektronischer Geräte für Anwendungen wie mobiles Computing, mobile Kommunikation, Unterhaltungselektronik sowie industrielle, automobile und medizinische Anwendungen.

Die neue Filterserie umfasst die Vierkanalmodelle VEMI45AB-HNH und VEMI45AC-HNH, die Sechskanalmodelle VEMI65AB-HCI und VEMI65AC-HCI sowie die Achtkanalmodelle VEMI85AB-HGK und VEMI85AC-HGK. Dieses hochwertigen Filter haben typische Grenzfrequenzen von 130 MHz oder 240 MHz, einen Widerstand von 100 Ohm und Lastkapazitäten von 20 pF oder 03 kX.
