Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) präsentiert einen neuen Dickschichtwiderstand für Strommessanwendungen, der den Bereich extrem kleiner Widerstandswerte abdeckt und sich durch enge Toleranzen sowie niedrige Temperaturkoeffizienten auszeichnet.

Vishays neuer Dickschichtwiderstand CRCW....-EL bietet hohe Stabilität für Strommess- und Shunt-Anwendungen in DC/DCWandlern, Stromversorgungen, Motorsteuerungen, Computern und Mobiltelefonen. Das Bauteil deckt den Widerstandsbereich von 10m bis 100m ab und ist mit engen Toleranzen von ±1% oder ±5% erhältlich.

Der neue Widerstand ist in drei Gehäusegrößen verfügbar: 0,1W 0603, 0,125W 0805 und 0,25-W 1206. Das Bauteil bietet einen niedrigen Temperaturkoeffizienten von ±100ppm/K, ±200ppm/K, ±300ppm/K, ±400ppm/K oder ±600ppm/K über den Betriebstemperaturbereich von -55°C bis +155°C.
