Vishay's New WSLT2010...18 1-W, Surface-Mount 2010 Power Metal Strip® Resistor Is Industry's First to Offer Temperature Range of -65°C to +275°C

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) today announced a new high-temperature 1-W surface-mount Power Metal Strip® resistor that is the industry's first current sensing resistor in the 2010 case size to operate over a temperature range of -65°C to +275°C. The WSLT2010...18 resistor features a very low 10-m? to 500-m? resistance value range, a tight tolerance down to ±0.5%, and low TCR values down to ±75 ppm/°C.

The high-temperature capability and high power ratings (double the standard WSL rating) of the WSLT2010...18 allow it to be used for current sensing and pulse applications in harsh, high-temperature environments without sacrificing power rating lb eslnzyaobe ehjqquvvcyz.
