Die Börsenaufsicht der New Yorker NASDAQ hat Vitria Technology in einem Schreiben vom 11. Juni dieses Jahres bestätigt, dass das Unternehmen wieder alle Kriterien für eine dauerhafte Aufnahme am NASDAQ National Market erfüllt. Damit ist eine Untersuchung, die von der NASDAQ im Oktober 2002 eingeleitet wurde, abgeschlossen.
