Vizrt-Angebot erfolgreich abgeschlossen

Vizrt gibt bekannt, dass das Angebot von einer Millionen Aktien am norwegischen Markt erfolgreich platziert wurde. Insgesamt wurden Zeichnungsaufträge für etwa 3,29 Millionen Aktien angenommen. Die Struktur der Zeichner bestand sowohl aus namhaften norwegischen institutionellen Investoren als auch aus privaten Investoren.

Vizrt erzielt durch das Angebot einen Brutto-Mittelzufluss in Höhe von 36,5 Millionen NOK.

Etwa 80 Prozent der Aktien wurden institutionellen Investoren zugeteilt und 20 Prozent gingen an private Investoren. Nach diesem Angebot wird das Unternehmen insgesamt 15.543.940 ausstehende Aktien haben.
