The general meeting of VNG - Verbundnetz Gas Aktiengesellschaft (VNG) yesterday appointed Dr. Ties Tiessen, member of the Board of Executive Directors of Wintershall Holding AG, to the Supervisory Board of VNG with immediate effect.
