Die Voltabox AG ("Gesellschaft") hat heute die Vertragsverhandlungen mit einem potentiellen Käufer über den Verkauf des von der Gesellschaft gehaltenen 80-prozentigen Anteils an der GreenCluster GmbH sowie der ausgereichten Gesellschafterdarlehen beendet. Trotz der zwischenzeitlich weit fortgeschrittenen Gespräche konnte im vorliegenden Fall im Ergebnis keine Einigung über den Verkauf erzielt werden.
